These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pkgame platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and all other services offered at pkgame.ws. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Each player may hold exactly one pkgame account. Duplicate accounts are a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
pkgame is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Providing false age information during registration is a material breach of these Terms. Underage accounts will be closed and balances returned to the source payment method.
All promotional bonuses credited to pkgame accounts are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering threshold has been met in full.
pkgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, proof of address, payment method ownership) at any point. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, and BTC are subject to current platform exchange rates where applicable.
pkgame reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or as a result of a technical fault or clearly incorrect pricing. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned where appropriate.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by pkgame at the domain pkgame.ws (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," "your") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, policies, and guidelines published on the pkgame Platform, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the pkgame Platform and close any pkgame account you may have registered.

pkgame applies strict age verification controls. Any account where the registered player is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the original deposit source. Providing false date-of-birth information is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pkgame account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkgame employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkgame account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkgame will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
If you suspect that your pkgame account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkgame support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. pkgame reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
pkgame accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds held therein to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
All financial transactions on the pkgame Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20), and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the pkgame cashier at the time of the transaction.
Deposits are credited to your pkgame account balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing systems. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance depending on the sending institution.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pkgame reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to current network conditions.
Funds deposited into your pkgame account must be used for gaming activity. pkgame reserves the right to charge an administrative fee on withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been used for any gaming activity, where pkgame reasonably suspects that the account was used to process financial transactions rather than for genuine gaming purposes.
All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted. pkgame will reject any withdrawal to a payment method not matching the account holder's verified identity.
For cryptocurrency transactions (USDT and BTC), pkgame applies the exchange rate current at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. Exchange rates are displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation and are not retroactively adjustable once a transaction has been confirmed.
pkgame offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pkgame promotions:
All sports bets placed on the pkgame Platform are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published within the pkgame sportsbook. The following general principles apply to all bets:
Cricket markets — including PSL, Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, and other international fixtures — are subject to the pkgame Cricket Betting Rules, which are the definitive source of settlement criteria for all cricket-related wagers placed on the Platform.
All casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, fishing games, and Super Bingo rounds available on the pkgame Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is subject to its own individual rules displayed within the game interface.
In the event of a technical failure during any game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or power outage — pkgame will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the player's stake returned. pkgame is not liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Game outcomes that have been confirmed and settled by the pkgame system are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of demonstrable technical error directly attributable to pkgame's own systems. Players who believe a game outcome is incorrect must contact pkgame support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed outcome.
pkgame is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. As a condition of using the pkgame Platform, you agree to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion, where you reasonably believe your gaming behaviour may be causing harm to yourself or others.
You acknowledge that pkgame operates a strict 21+ age policy and that you are responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your pkgame account or login credentials. pkgame will not be liable for any gaming activity conducted through your account by an underage person where access was enabled by your failure to secure your credentials.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkgame Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Players found to be engaged in any of the following activities will have their accounts suspended or terminated and any funds held therein may be voided or forfeited:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkgame Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pkgame content without the express prior written consent of pkgame.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkgame Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether pkgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pkgame's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pkgame account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
The pkgame Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkgame makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
pkgame collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the pkgame Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkgame will not sell your personal data to third parties. Player data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers engaged by pkgame for the purpose of providing services — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention systems — strictly in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

pkgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkgame will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform. The amended Terms will come into effect fourteen (14) days after such notice, or immediately where required by law or regulatory obligation.
If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your pkgame account before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may close your pkgame account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
pkgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkgame reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. In the event of termination for cause, pkgame reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such funds.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkgame holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a player and pkgame that cannot be resolved through the pkgame support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
